Chefs Bite Back Announces Fourth Year Event to Take a Bite Out of Hunger!

LOS GATOS, Calif., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Diane Rose, Chef and Owner of Crimson, and founder of Chefs Bite Back, announced today that she will host this year's event where over twenty local restaurants and wineries will be showcased on June 4th, 2006 on Crimson's Patio at 15466 Los Gatos Blvd.

"This is the fourth year that local chefs and wineries will be serving over 200 guests who come to help in the fight to feed the hungry in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and all the food and wine is donated," said Diane Rose. "We will even have some sweets surprises from Jen's Cakes of Los Gatos and Jazz from San Jose Jazz Society to really feed our souls."

The Mayor, Diane McNutt of Los Gatos will be on hand to welcome the guests and the silent and live auction items will include winemaker dinners, tours of local wineries and lots of surprises. "This is a signature event in Los Gatos and we thank Diane Rose for hosting it and we appreciate all of the vendors who are participating for another year," says Mayor McNutt.

Many of the wines poured during the day are award winners and known around the world. The extraordinary dishes prepared by the chefs are not to be missed. "We love being a part of this outstanding event and we look forward to it every year," says George Cooper of Cooper Garrod vineyards.
