Gilstrap Brothers 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine, bold and distinctive, with a deep, dark cherry color. The bouquet initially hints of wood smoke, yielding to black cherry. On the palate, wonderful concentrations of orange and cherry flavors, rich and complex, result in a satin, long-lasting finish.
